Leadership Lead Pastor:  David Crosby David has been serving at FBC since 2000.  He and his wife, Evalie, came to Claremont from ministry in churches in Massachusetts and Colorado.   "We are excited about what God is doing at FBC.  God is gathering people together who want to experience more and more of the life, love, and power of Jesus Christ in their lives.  There is an energy and enthusiasm at FBC for the things of the Lord.  This is a great place for us to live out the call God placed on our lives from Isaiah 61: 'The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners...'"  Associate Pastor:  Scott Kearns Scott has been serving at FBC since 1995.  He and his wife, Sheila, were members at the church before the call into leadership.   Scott continually reminds the body to "seek God's agenda.  Find out what God is doing and get in line with that."  He has an active role in visitation ministry, care ministry, prayer ministry and loves to help people find their gifts and passion for ministry, helping them to plug in to serve the body. Youth Pastor:  Ken LaClair Ken and Deb have been serving at FBC since 1998. They have been in youth ministry longer than any of the teens they minister to today have been alive (over 20 years.)  It is because, as every day goes by,  their passion to see today's generation of young people sold out to Jesus grows. They have a burden to be used as vessels of God to unpopulate hell and populate the Kingdom of God with teens.  They believe that this generation is not the leadership of tomorrow, but that they are the leadership for today! God is using Total Impact to impact a generation of teens.
